■About Game Livestreams & Videos
If you wish to use copyrighted works of a third party other than the creator (海苔) in the content of your submission, please be sure to obtain permission from the third party who owns the rights to the work separately from this guideline.

・Monetizing game playthrough videos.
NG
・Posting game playthrough videos without adding commentary or your own unique input (e.g., voiceovers, reactions, or edits). Even if you add some elements, if more than 90% of the video remains raw gameplay footage, it will be considered NG.
・Posting or streaming playthrough videos with the intent to slander or defame.
・Posting videos that promote political activities, specific ideologies, or personal agendas, or content that could be associated with such themes.
■About Materials on This Website & Within the Game

・Posting game screenshots on social media.
(However, please refrain from posting screenshots on platforms where it might be deemed inappropriate, such as illustration-focused social media sites.)

・Extracting, modifying, or distributing image data from this website, or any image or music data used within the game. (Please generally avoid altering game files.)
・Tracing images from this website or images used within the game and publicly sharing them.
■About Fan Fiction & Fan Art
OK
・Creating and selling doujinshi (fan-made comics/magazines), merchandise, or engaging in cosplay for personal enjoyment. (If money is exchanged, you must clearly state that it is fan-made/derivative work.)
・Commissioning art or other content featuring characters from this site for personal enjoyment.
・Creating NSFW contents. (Please ensure proper age-gating/zoning to prevent minors from accessing it. Additionally, minors are strictly prohibited from posting adult-oriented content.)

・Content that infringes upon or has the potential to infringe upon the rights of others.
・Content intended for slander or defamation.
・Activities primarily aimed at commercial profit.
・Using content or characters from this site for political activities, specific ideologies, or personal agendas, or creating content that could be associated with such themes.（I do not want any of my characters to stand in the middle of a political controversy, regardless of whether that opinion is right or wrong.）
・Publicly sharing works that could be mistaken for "official" content. (If you are concerned, please clearly state that your work is fan-made.)
・Creating unauthorized fan games.
・Creating character role-play accounts on social media, etc.
・Any other content deemed inappropriate by the creator (海苔).
■Creating OCs
You are prohibited from creating original characters by utilizing the species concepts appearing in our works, or by significantly changing the appearance or name of existing characters, assigning them unique settings, establishing them as your own original characters, and creating works centered around them.
However, the following cases are permitted:
・Imagining and drawing the appearance of characters whose designs are not established in the game, or characters whose existence is mentioned but whose appearance cannot be confirmed in the game.
・Introducing unique original characters for that specific work as sub or background characters to enhance the world-building of your fan work.
・Imagining and drawing future appearances of characters when creating "what-if" scenarios or illustrations (e.g., stories set after the game's ending). Please be careful not to create confusion with official settings.
・Creating unique original protagonists for your fan stories (e.g., Yume Novel).
When in doubt
The concept of "original characters" can be broad, and it may sometimes be difficult to make a judgment. In such cases, please use "whether the fan work primarily focuses on the content and characters of this site" as your guiding principle.
■Hashtags
Illustrations posted with our hashtags may be liked or reposted on the creator's X (formerly Twitter) account. (Please note that we do not promise to react to every post.)
The use of hashtags is not mandatory. For illustrations without hashtags, we will quietly enjoy them if we come across them, without reacting.
Please note that due to X's specifications, posts may not always appear in the hashtag feed, preventing us from reacting. We appreciate your understanding.

Use this for illustrations depicting scenes not in the game, or content that might be slightly sensitive.
When posting sensitive content, please follow the appropriate filtering rules of the social media platform or site you are using.

Requests Regarding Hashtag Usage
・If possible, please refrain from using hashtags for our works concurrently with hashtags for other works.
・If you draw characters from our works and characters from other works in the same illustration, please consider posting without using our hashtags if possible.
・If you wish to post illustrations featuring game characters along with streamers/content creators who have shared playthrough videos of our game, we recommend using only the streamer/creator's designated fan art tag, rather than our work's hashtags.
If the streamer/creator has their own rules, please follow those.
■Other Important Notes
・Regardless of these guidelines, we reserve the right to address specific situations individually if deemed necessary.
・The creator (海苔) bears no responsibility for any troubles arising from fan content creation.
・When creating content related to this site, please refrain from engaging in activities that may cause trouble or inconvenience to other creators or fans.
Examples of troublesome behavior
・Mentioning or discussing content from this site in the comment sections of videos or works unrelated to this site.
・Spoiling the game for streamers/content creators during livestreams or videos.
・Giving unsolicited instructions to streamers/content creators during livestreams or videos.
■A Request from the Creator
When you encounter content that falls under a prohibited act, it's often not an intentional violation but an accidental oversight. If you choose to inform the individual, please do so gently, avoiding accusatory language.
If you discover a serious prohibited act, please do not panic, but contact us via the inquiry form.
If prohibited acts are confirmed, we may halt the distribution of the game or completely prohibit all fan content without prior notice.
